She has an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the complexities of the healthcare landscape, especially in London and Southern England where she has worked with a number of the leading clinical and academic healthcare organisations. She recently worked for Professor Lord Ara Darzi on the London Health Commission as the programme lead for the ‘Improving Health, Reduce Health Inequalities’ work-stream.
“Tracey is adept at working with a range of stakeholders internally and externally, including clinicians, is politically astute and has an excellent knowledge of current policies, trends and factors affecting health and social service. She is tenacious, hard working and really adds value to processes and projects.” Client A “The successful delivery of projects predicates Tracey’s ability to engage effectively with a breadth of staff on the client side, distil complex data in offering new insights and identify pragmatic recommendations which the client can own and action.” Client B
“I have worked as a client with a number of the big consulting firms but none have been as good on delivery as Tracey. Importantly she is a ‘hands-on’ consultant who helps develop a concept or idea and doesn’t feed back what you already know! She gets her hands dirty and delivery a strategy and implementation plan from start to finish with excellent skill and knowledge and at a good price.” Client C
